When college friend Sam asked me to photograph her wedding outside Sacramento last year, I was all in for a roadtrip adventure to take in the sights. Beautiful Hurst Ranch in Jamestown proved to be a magical setting for a magical day, with the weather even playing along for a perfect cloud cover during the outdoor ceremony and a stunning sunset by the time we were sneaking away for romantic posed photos.
