Cornfields and barns, trucks and cowboy hats – Cheyenne’s senior portrait session out in Nampa had a great rural Idaho feel to it and was a lot of fun to shoot. Take a look!
The banks of the Boise River in Eagle flooded this spring, but by late summer there was no trace of the high waters, only a beautiful grove of trees perfect for a portrait session. I shot these photos of Centennial senior Darian there in early September – isn’t he photogenic?
Who doesn’t dream of being a rock star? Not all of us will achieve it for real, but with a setup of studio lights and colorful flash gels, at least we can look like it – and have a lot of fun in the process! Want to see more rock star-esque photos? Head on over to the Facebook album!
Partly inspired by Pixar’s Brave, the talented Rachel and I drove out to BLM lands near New Plymouth, Idaho, for a truly epic evening photoshoot of costumes, horses, archery…and horseback archery. (Some shots involving red hair or mountains or intense storms may or may not have had a little help from Photoshop. Shots involving flying arrows and capes, however, are very much real.)
