Who says senior photos can’t be done in winter? ย We shot Brad’s session down by the river in Eagle in early December after November’s surprise snowstorm had all melted. ย Even with the bare trees, sometimes all you need is good light and a great smile to make it work. ย Take a look at a few of my favorites below!
I love when seniors find a way to incorporate their interests into photoshoots! ย Eagle 2015 senior Paul was a double threat with both his tuba and cross-country uniform, and of course we opted for some traditional looks down by the river in Eagle as well with the last of the autumn leaves. ย Good thing we scheduled when we did, too: a week later, the whole valley was covered in snow. ย Highlights below!
Louย knows Boise like the back of his hand and had the best ideas for senior portrait locations, some of which I’d never shot at before (always very exciting for me)! ย Take a look at some favorites from his session last October:
Gorgeous Kacie had amazing natural model skills and a great collection of outfits to boot for her senior session! ย A sudden rainstorm drove us under cover toward the end of her session, but that’s what the covered areas around 8th Street are for, and no one’s clothing or spirits (or camera equipment) were too dampened. ย Check out some favorites below (and see the family resemblance with her sister Sierra here)!
I know I’ve been at this a while when I find myself photographing the younger siblings of the seniors I photographed several years back, who are now seniors themselves! ย Paige was just as much fun to work with as her older sister Mikki (see her photos and the family resemblance here!), with some great modeling skills and an adventure spirit to go splash in the Boise River under the Capitol Boulevard bridge. ย Highlights below, as always!
