A sunlit October evening at Kathryn Albertson Park and a hop up to the Boise Depot made for a gorgeous backdrop for Jessi’s senior session! Favorites from her photoshoot below, with highlights from her brother Tyler’s half of the session coming soon too.
I loved Ben’s sophisticated dapper look paired with the elegance of the Boise Depot (and of course our classic downtown skyline), and we even roped his family in to join the fun for a few group shots! Favorites from his session last October below:
The downsides to on-location photoshoots is that sometimes the weather throws some unexpected obstacles our way! Keera’s session started out with rain showers a lot steadier than expected, leading us on an adventure through Kathryn Albertson Park trying to find the most sheltered areas for her, but with the help of a cute umbrella and the weather gods giving us a break about half an hour into the session, we made do! And by the time we got to the Boise Depot for the second half of her senior photos, the rain had cleared entirely and even gave us a beautiful backdrop of fresh snow on the foothills. The morning of Alexa’s senior session dawned a little chilly and overcast, but those clouds made the autumn colors surrounding the Boise Depot pop even more…and kept some of the notorious crowds away! Highlights below:
The heavens kept threatening to open on us for Joe’s October senior session last year, but fortunately they showed us a little mercy and we barely felt a drop – it just meant we snagged some beautifully dramatic storm clouds in the background of some of his photos at the Depot!
